The new update reworks the approach to racial restrictions on skillbooks and stigmas — the system is now more flexible and fair for both factions.
◆Removal of racial division
Previously, skillbooks and stigmas were split into Asmodian and Elyos versions. That restriction has now been lifted — players of both races can freely use any of these skills.
◆Shared cooldown
Despite unifying access, skillbooks and stigmas that previously belonged to different races now share a common cooldown.
◆Vendors and drops
Skillbooks that used to be sold only by NPCs of one race are now available from vendors of both factions. The same applies to drops: items that previously dropped only from monsters on one side are now available to both.
◆Stigmas
All of these changes — removal of racial restrictions, a shared cooldown, and availability from vendors and drops have also been applied to stigmas.
Important: Skills merged into a single table row belong to a shared cooldown group — using any one of them triggers the cooldown for all the other skills in that group.
