Dear players! A weekly contest, “Shot of the Week”, is starting on the #AionEmpire server.

Each week, we will announce a new theme, and you will be able to submit one in-game screenshot: beautiful, atmospheric, funny, dramatic, or simply a perfectly captured moment.

The main idea of the contest is to show the world of Aion Classic through the eyes of players: favorite characters, beautiful locations, battles, emotions, unusual situations, and moments worth saving.

You do not need to be a professional “screenshot maker” or have a powerful computer. Sometimes the best shot is simply captured at the right moment.

🏆 Reward

The winner of each stage receives Tolls on their game account balance.

The reward amount is specified in the announcement of each specific stage.

🌟 Theme of the Week

Each stage has its own theme. The theme of the current week is published in the contest announcement.

The screenshot must match the announced theme, but participants still have freedom for their own idea. 

Players can also suggest their own theme ideas in the comments under announcements or in the community chat. The most interesting ideas may be used in future stages of the contest.

Post your screenshot in the special Discord channel 📸・shot-of-the-week. In your message, please include:

Each participant may submit only one entry. You can replace it before the submission period ends: to do this, delete your previous post and submit a new one.

Winners of previous stages may participate in future contests.

Please do not add any extra design elements to the screenshot: text, frames, third-party watermarks, stickers, emojis, or other decorative elements.

The character nickname and description should be included only in the Discord message, not on the screenshot itself.

🖼 Screenshot Editing

Light image editing is allowed: minor adjustments to brightness, contrast, sharpness, as well as cropping the image.

Editing must not change the content of the screenshot. It is not allowed to add or remove objects, characters, effects, replace the background, create collages, or heavily edit the image*

Images created or modified using AI are not accepted for participation.

*If the administration has questions about an entry, the participant may be asked to provide additional screenshots from the same scene or a similar moment for confirmation.

🏆 How the Winner Is Chosen

The winner is chosen by the server administration. When selecting the winner, the following are taken into account:

The winning screenshot does not necessarily have to be the rarest or the most technically complex one. Sometimes a simple but perfectly captured moment leaves the strongest impression.

📢 Results and Reward Claim

The winner of each stage is announced together with the theme of the next week.

If you see your nickname among the winners, please send a private message in Discord to the administrator miss.lisa 💬  from the same account that was used to submit the contest entry. The reward can be claimed within 7 days after the results are published.

Winning entries may be published in news posts, announcements, Discord, social media, and the winners’ gallery, with the contest theme and character nickname mentioned.

Since the contest is being held for the first time, the format may be slightly adjusted in future stages based on participant activity.
