In this article, we will review the most common issues players may encounter when using our server and provide solutions to resolve them.


⚠️ Black screen when launching the game.

Solution: In the launcher settings, select the x32 client.


⚠️ Game fails to connect to the server or character selection screen.

Solution: In the launcher settings, select a different proxy.


⚠️ Font issues in the game.

Solution:

  1. Close the client, select "Check Files" in the launcher, close the launcher, and reopen the client.

  2. If the issue persists, enable UTF-8 support:

    • Open system settings: Press Win+R, type control intl.cpl,,1 and press Enter, or go to Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region.

    • Select "Administrative Language Settings" > "Change System Locale."

    • Check the box for "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support."

    • Click "OK" and restart your computer.


⚠️ General chat is missing in the game.

Solution: In the launcher, select a different proxy and relog into the game.


⚠️ Kinah not received, store won't open, or connection error with the store.

Solution: In the launcher, select a different proxy and relog into the game.


⚠️ Purchased Siel's aura not displayed in the game.

Solution:

  1. Check the aura using the chat command .prem.

  2. If the aura is missing, fully close the game client, reopen it, and repeat the first step.


⚠️ Siel's Aura icon disappears in the game.

Solution: This is a feature of the game version and does not affect premium functionality, only visuals. Ignore it.


⚠️ Game or sound settings not saving.

Solution:

  1. Do not use third-party System.cfg files; use only the official one.

  2. Delete the System.cfg file.

  3. Uncheck the "Read-only" box for the System.cfg file.

  4. When applying settings, exit via the "Exit" menu.


⚠️ FPS drops to 30 or below after a long time in one location.

Solution: This is a feature of the client version. Relog into the character or change locations.


⚠️ Mouse issues in the game, freezing, stuttering, or FPS drops.

Solution: In the mouse driver settings, set the mouse polling rate below 500Hz.
