There are several ways to top up your in-game balance on our website. Before you begin, it’s important to understand the difference between the two types of balance:
- Master account balance (on the website) — topped up in Toll.
- Game account balance (in-game) — uses Quna.

Top-up process
Log in to your Personal Account on the website and go to the Balance Top-Up section either via the side menu or by clicking the + next to your balance.
Move the slider to the desired amount of Toll or enter the amount manually in the corresponding field.
- Minimum top-up amount — 200 Toll
- Rate: 1 Toll = 1 USD
- When topping up more than 500 Toll, you receive a +10% bonus to the credited amount.
Make sure to agree to the terms of use and refund policy.
Next, choose a convenient payment method and follow the system instructions to complete the payment.
Great! Your balance has now been topped up, and you can use your funds effectively. For example, in the website shop you can purchase Quna or buy Kinah in our Kinah Shop.
How to buy Quna?
Go to the shop via the left menu in your personal account.
Select the required amount of Quna you want to send to a character, then choose the desired character and confirm the purchase.
Note: you can gift Quna to any other player — simply enter their nickname in the “Character Name” field.
Quna is credited to the character instantly. If this does not happen, fully restart the game client after switching the proxy in the launcher.

Try to describe the issue in detail and attach screenshots if necessary — this will help resolve the situation faster. Our team will review the information and assist you as soon as possible.
You can now spend Quna in the in-game shop on various items, including skins, amulets, as well as dungeon reset scrolls and action/emote scrolls. Enjoy the game!
