Sometimes even in the most polished games, a character can fall through the texture, get stuck inside an object, or end up in an inaccessible place from which it’s impossible to get out using standard methods. For such cases, we have provided a convenient self-service tool in your personal account.
Guide: How to unstuck a character stuck in the texture yourself
Important condition: The character must NOT be online (in game)
Log in to the website → Personal Account → "Dashboard" tab → Game Accounts → find and click on the name of the game account that contains the stuck character.
A list of all characters on that account will open. Next to the desired character, click the «Unstuck» button.
After performing this action, the character will be automatically moved to your previously registered respawn point (Obelisk).
